Commercial Inspection

Commercial buildings come in all shapes and sizes and for various types of use. Providing an exhaustive list of items inspected is not feasible since it depends on the building. The inspection for a 1,000 sq ft retail space is not the same for a 100, 000 sq ft manufacturing facility. The smaller building can easily be inspected by one inspector within a day. The larger facility may require a team of hired specialist such as commercial electrical contractors, structural engineers and environmental services and take days and possibly weeks to review the results.
